Returns

Sale of products

you place an order to purchase a product through our web site, you will
receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order and
containing the details of your order.
Pricing, delivery and availability
Please
note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and
should not be relied upon as such. It is our aim to dispatch all orders
on the same day as they are received, providing the order is placed on
a normal UK work day before 3.30pm. If your order is placed on a
workday after 3.30pm your order will be dispatched the next working
day. Orders for delivery in the United Kingdom will normally be
dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post which provides a next day
delivery service to most areas of the UK, although this cannot be
guaranteed. Orders from outside the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail
Airmail with delivery within approximately 5 working days , although
this cannot be guaranteed. For orders for delivery outside the UK you
may have to pay additional charges imposed locally for Customs
clearance. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any
products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best
efforts, a small number of products may be mispriced. If a correct
price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount
and send you the product. If a correct price is higher than our stated
price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions
before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.
Events beyond our reasonable control

will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with
our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises
